Shipping policy
Shipping Details for Books and Other Physical Products
Our books and stationery products are shipped directly from our production facilities and warehouses, and/or from my studio in Australia, depending on the product, where you reside and where the nearest manufacturing facilities are.
I use USPS for all shipping from and within the USA and Canada.
Australia Post is used within and from Australia, and New Zealand and shipping to the UK.
**Please double-check check all email and shipping details are correct to avoid unnecessary delays or complications.**
Shipping is calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Shipping does not apply to digital products.
Please note that merchandise, clothing and other physical products are created especially for you once you place an order, and so in this case, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the location of the warehouse and/or production facility, your location, and weight of the product. Your patience with shipping and postage is appreciated.
Costs
Unless calculated at checkout, are as follows:
USA
- Within the US unless calculated per above, a flat rate of $20 applies.
UK
- Up to 1.5kg $94 for certain items such as bespoke planners. For some stationery and other items, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Some countries may charge customs fees for handling and processing: we are not responsible for these fees. Some countries such as the UK and EU may charge VAT fees, in which case, please use the relevant VAT number to expedite processing through customs.
Shipping Times
- USA Domestic Shipping: please allow up to 5-6 days, plus printing turn-around
- AUS Domestic Shipping: please allow up to 14 days, plus printing turn-around
- For all other International orders, please allow up to 14 business days (excluding weekends).
- Please allow 5-6 days for printing and production.
Tracking is available: once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic email from shipping notifying you. Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you haven’t received an email.
Refunds and Returns
Refunds are not offered for digital products. No refunds or exchanges are offered for physical products unless there is something wrong with the order – photographs are required. Please email for further information, or check my refund policy link in the footer section of my shop.
